Roger + Senikha
August 2021 will mark 24 years since Roger and Senikha have been happily married. Over the course of their marriage, they’ve experienced a myriad of life’s challenges but with God's help, they have faced them with grace. From job loss, to illness, financial difficulties, and disagreements, they’ve weathered the storms that come with the journey of married life. With their experiences in tow, they minister throughout the year across the country and around the world ministering to leaders, couples, and congregations on various topics and using their life experiences to bless and encourage others along the way.
Senikha holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a certificate in International Business from Iona College and a Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication from the same institution. She is a senior candidate experience and employer brand manager for TIAA Financial Services where she leads the effort to provide a positive application and hiring experience for potential TIAA associates. Her work serves as a catalyst that enable candidates to choose TIAA over the competition.
Like her husband, Senikha enjoys being instrumental in helping people grow and develop to their full potential. She encourages others to look beyond the setbacks and negative experiences they encounter, but instead to see the fullness of God's grace in their individual lives, as well as within their families and marriages. She firmly believes that anything is possible and any challenge is surmountable once you are willing to put your all into accomplishing goals and being solution oriented. She is gifted in operations and management, and is also an experienced workshop facilitator. Senikha also provides individual and couples counseling along with her husband. In addition to her secular work, she spends much of her time on family planning, managing church operations, and supporting Roger’s work and vision.
As they have moved through the journey of life, the good and bad, the triumphs and defeats, the disappointments and victories, Roger and Senikha have stuck together and worked through every situation by leaning on each other and trusting God. They make special effort to keep a happy and a safe home and encourage their children to create their best lives as productive citizens of society. Their primary vocation is to their marriage and family.
Together, Roger and Senikha have four children. Jonathon - 21, Vanessa - 19, Michael -16 and Addison - 5.
